Our first ever RTS Movie Night Spooktacular fundraiser event was a success! We had around 100+ people in attendance watching the movie Goosebumps. There were a bunch of fall-themed treats available to purchase and enjoy during the movie. Raffle tickets were also optional to purchase - by purchasing, attendees were able to play fun carnival-style games, but also simultaneously contribute to a great cause. We raised ~$560, and all of the proceeds went to Roots Ethiopia, an organization that supports underprivileged students by building schools and supporting families. The night ended with the announcement of the raffle winners. Overall, it was a super fun way to spend an evening full of food and friends, and, at the same time, contribute to a great cause!
